Strategic Analysis of the Beauty Salon "Versailles»
The purpose of this work is to conduct a strategic analysis of the Versailles company in order to analyze the current strategy of the company within the external and internal conditions of the organization. To achieve this goal, an analysis was made of the external and internal environment of the organization, its current strategies using various strategic management tools. A qualitative analysis method was also used: in-depth interviews with the heads of departments of the company. Taking into account the results obtained, adjustments were made to the current strategy of the company to achieve its long-term goals within the market in which it operates. The result of this work are practical recommendations for changing the company's strategy.
