Graduate project with the topic “Organization of Purchase Planning of Souvenir Goods in Retail Chain” includes an introduction, industry analysis, analysis of the company's business, a study of the theoretical foundations of procurement planning organization, practical application of methods to improve procurement planning and conclusion. The purpose of this work is to improve the procurement planning system of the retail enterprise LLC “Partner Ai Di”. The object of research work is the retail enterprise LLC “Partner Ai Di”. In this research the following main objectives are solved: 1. The actual organizational-economic analysis of logistic activity of the enterprise is carried out. Based on the analysis, key problems and solutions were identified by improving the organization of the company's procurement activities. 2. Based on the theoretical basis, an algorithm was developed for reengineering of procurement planning processes at LLC “Partner Ai Di”. 3. Were developed and economically justified measures to improve the procurement planning of the company. This study is a self-completed final qualifying work, which contains a set of scientifically-based organizational and economic proposals to improve the organization of procurement of LLC “Partner Ai Di”. Key words: planning, demand planning, improvement of planning processes, assessment of economic efficiency.
