Realization of Constitutional right on Legal Aid in Russian Civil Proceedings

Theme: "The implementation of the constitutional right to receive qualified legal assistance in Russian civil proceedings." The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography. In the introduction, the relevance of the chosen topic is justified, the goal and objectives of the research are set. The first chapter “The essence of the right to qualified legal assistance” presents the content and prerequisites for the emergence of the right to qualified legal assistance; entities authorized to ensure the right to qualified legal assistance; The ratio of the institution of representation and the right to qualified legal assistance is analyzed. In the second chapter “Realization of the right to qualified legal assistance”, the formalization of the relationship between the representative and the represented person is considered, the quality assessment of the provision of legal assistance is examined. In conclusion, the main conclusions obtained as a result of the study. The work consists of 76 pages.
