Development of an Intellectual Platform for Online Store by Example of Company

In today's world, most companies are in a tough competitive environment. In such conditions, companies are forced to constantly look for new growth points and opportunities to reduce costs. One of the most important ways to achieve such goals is to automate the company's business processes and test new, innovative areas of the company's development. The integration of new automation technologies and company operating principles, on the one hand, reduces operating expenses, on the other hand, contributes to the growth of quality and reduces the risks of making erroneous decisions and incorrect actions in the process of work. Nevertheless, questions of the methodology for the application of automation systems are at an early stage of formation in the practice of Russian companies. In this regard, the topic of the thesis, related to the creation of an intellectual platform of an online store, acquires a rather high relevance from both scientific and practical points of view. In this project the strategic directions of the company's development were determined based on the analysis of the company's innovative potential, the prospects for the development of IT and trends in the retail market. Further, the concept of a development project for a company in the field of construction retail was developed based on the integration of automation technologies into the main business processes. After that, a set of solutions was formed to ensure the commercialization of the project and the financial and economic effect of the project was substantiated. The result of the work is the practical implementation of the described functionality. The result of the implementation of the MVP project was positive indicators. At the end of the testing period of the MVP project, the company decided on the need for further development of the project.
