Nowadays, chatbots have already used in many areas of life. The service sector of gas stations is not an exception in the process of developing technologies and adapting their business processes to the needs of the market. Almost every foreign gas station network has its own smartphone app and a loyalty program. There are also alternative services that can provide information about the services of gas stations, not highlighting one company, but including all available gas stations. There are not many such services in Russia, but in the format of chatbots, they are not at all. The designed chatbot will allow drivers to receive information about the nearest gas stations, their services, and fuel prices in the chat messenger, which will meet the requirements of the car and the preferences of the person on the fuel brand. Based on the growing popularity of Telegram among this target audience, this messenger was chosen as the platform for creating a chatbot. The paper contains 38 pages, 3 chapters, 13 illustrations, 19 bibliography items. Keywords – chat-bot, gas station, Telegram, python.
