Development of the "Digital Enterprise" Architecture (on the Example of a Telecommunications Company)

This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the development of the architecture of a “digital” enterprise. The theoretical and practical aspects of modeling in the face of existing techniques are studied, explanations are given to the very essence of transforming an enterprise with a traditional architecture into an enterprise with a digital activity model, and two models of an organization engaged in telecommunication activities are offered for familiarization: "as is" and "to be ".
