Designing a Recommendation System for Groups of Social Network "VKontakte"

The objective of this research paper is to design and develop a recommendation system for communities in a social network called “Vkontakte”. During the research all the existing approaches to creating recommendation systems were described and analysed. Having compared these approaches, I’ve chosen the most effective method of working with social networks - a method of the collaborative filtering. This method has the mathematical support which you can find in chapter 1.2.1. Python was chosen as a programming language for implementation of the algorithm. The entire stack of technologies was described in a practical part of the research.
