The Role of Trust as an Economic Category in Optimizing the Production Enterprise Model in the ANYLOGIC Environment

Optimization and improvement of financial indicators of trade organizations are the essential conditions for the comprehensive development of business. One of the ways to achieve this goal is the use of innovative methods of optimization and planning. This work is aimed at ensuring confidence in the system of forecasting the demand for commercial enterprises, as well as developing recommendations for ensuring customer confidence in economic categories in process of planning business processes. The purpose of the work is to identify the direct dependence of trust on consumer demand. The object of the research is the business activity in Russia. The subject of the research is trust as a factor reflecting the development of consumer demand. The result of the work is a confirmation of the hypothesis of the inalienability of confidence in the forecasting of demand for commercial enterprises, which made it possible to achieve a regression analysis in the chosen theoretical and methodological framework. Recommendations on the introduction of confidence coefficients in the predictive function are derived.
