Improving the Logistics Support of E-commerce in the Case of Marketplace Beru

With a focus on the theoretical concepts of e-commerce in the master thesis specific recommendations to improve the logistic support of online trading are suggested in the case of improving the level of lofistics service for the customers of marketplace Beru (Yandex.Market) living in the southern Federal district of Russia.
