The objective of this research is to create a financial message for issue of credit funds in bank associations and to develop a mathematical model for evaluating the effectiveness of using the Financial Message Transfer System for Remote Banking Systems. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated: the task of comparative analysis and classification of financial message formats and the task of identification message transfer systems, their features and technical characteristics. The proposed unified financial message based on ISO 20022 instructions. The study considers two types of interactions between the legal entity and the bank: «Direct Banking» and «Internet Banking». The interactions are carried out through two types of systems: Classical Remote Banking systems and Financial Message Transfer System. Attributes of the developed model are the cost and quantity coefficients of system ensuring. The model developed in the work reflects the effectiveness of the application of Financial Message Transfer System for Remote Banking, as an indicator of the "profit" in relation to the Client.
