Development of Mathematical and Software for Laundry Service

The aim of the work is to develop an information system of Laundry service. It will allow to automate the main business processes of the order’s lifecycle, as well as open the possibility to collect the necessary information for data mining in the future. The subject of the study is the business processes of Laundry of the order’s lifecycle, as well as technologies for developing web applications. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters and conclusion, contains 31 pages of text, 16 figures, 8 tables, as well as a list of sources, consisting of 23 references.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
