M., assistant professor 4. Keywords: inventory management, retail trading company, inventory management process, inventory management methods, ERP-systems. The purpose of this work is to improve the stages in the process of inventory management of the company "Okey" in order to optimize the costs associated with inventory management, as well as maintain the optimal level of inventory and increase service level. As part of the final qualifying work, the relevance of this topic was determined, the ERP-system market analysis was conducted, the company's economic and economic activities were investigated, as well as its logistics infrastructure, and problems in the inventory management process were highlighted. Development of national and foreign authors on the topic of inventory management were analyzed, as well as developed recommendations for improving the inventory management process of this company. 5.
