Adaptive Service Models in Consulting

The first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of consulting services as a form of intellectual services. The pricing process in the consulting market will be affected, and the process of building a typical project for modeling an organization’s business processes will be studied, which will be used in the practical part of the work. In the end, the proposed methodology for adaptation services (flexible modeling), which will allow to solve essential problems for consulting companies. In the second chapter, the situation in the domestic market of consulting services and its dynamics are studied. The question of the situation on the labor market, the advantages and disadvantages of working in the Big Four companies will be touched upon. In particular, the activities of KPMG were described and the service “Optimization of the budget process with subsequent integration into IT solutions” was selected for analysis. In the third chapter, on the basis of the methodology of adaptation services proposed in Chapter 1 (flexible simulated), the analysis of the service selected in Chapter 2 is carried out:  - a sample for analysis consisting of similar projects was formed;     - a database was formed based on the classification of differences in the external and internal environment of objects;     - a system of rules was developed to adapt the service model to the features of the facility and the project - based on already implemented projects, information about which is reflected in the database;    - approbation of the developed methodology is carried out on the example of a hypothetical customer. The developed methodology can be applied by other representatives of consulting and auditing companies, as well as in business education.
