Comparative Analysis of the Factors Contributing to the Successful Implementation of Projects in Russia and EU Countries

A significant proportion of projects fail, this can lead to various factors, due to their huge number and the lack of universality it is advisable to study the most important factors contributing to the successful implementation of innovative projects that contribute to the competitiveness of national companies and the economy of the state as a whole. In this regard, many countries introduce advanced technologies and manage them, which in turn provide the state with stable economic growth. Over the past 10 years, Russia has also been actively engaged in the creation and development of platforms for various innovative projects, which are potential sources of economic growth, a priori accompanied by high risks. In this regard, in this paper, a study is conducted to identify important factors affecting the implementation of innovative projects on the basis of a methodological study of the BMG-Research group, which conducted a similar study in the European Union.
