Process of development of software package for recording of multimedia data RTSP-packages is described in presented work. It utilizes calendar task scheduling, cloud storage and self-adjustment algorithm for fitting to network conditions. Application is written using Python 2.7, and uses the following libraries: GStreamer, python-onvif, pycap and huey.
