This work is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of companies with capital from offshore jurisdictions. It is proved that such companies have a significant impact on the economy of the country as a whole and on individual domestic companies. The main side effects of companies with FDI from offshore zones are also considered. It is determined which of the effects had a positive impact on domestic companies.
