"Marvellous Stella and the Burning Hearts" is a comic strip, representing a story about super star and traveler Stella. She organizes shows all around the world and also in another reality - in Paradise. The world where Stella lives is absolutely bright and extraordinary. For example when somebody s heart falls in love there it starts to burn with a not metaphorical but physical flame. The plot is based on the Stellas trying to communicate with the hearts and to create a show with them. Than her heart gets burning too and she became a Burning star. It is the end of a comic strip but not the end of the story — it should be continued as a serial. The story is represented as a comic strip. The project also contains an animation and some promotional products (T-shirts, stickers). Also the story inspired a collaboration with a fashion designer Kristina Savelyeva. I created some patterns and prints for her clothes. Before I started to create a story and the comic strip I made a visual research about Semantics of a Heart in the History of Art.
