Development of Methodological Approach to the Implementation of Machine Learning Technologies in the Company

Modern companies are daily trying to get competitive advantage by introducing innovation technologies, providing the high quality of the services and optimizing of the company’s perfomance. One of these technologies is machine learning. There are some peculiarity and problems during the implementation of the projects using machine learning. The problem of the research – the lack of the methods for introducing machine learning technologies in companies and as a result, high risks of the implementation. The objective of the study is to develop a methodological approach to the introduction of machine learning technologies in the company. To achieve this aim it was necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. Conduct a review of specialized literature 2. Identify trends in the introduction of machine learning technologies in Russia and abroad 3. Analyze the factors influencing the introduction of machine learning technologies and the implementation of projects based on them 4. Develop a methodology for introducing machine learning technologies 5. Develop recommendations for the implementation of projects using machine learning Object of study: Russian and foreign companies introducing machine learning technologies. Subject of research: The mechanism of introduction of machine learning technologies in the company. When performing the study, the following results were obtained: 1. Developed a methodical approach to the introduction of machine learning technologies in the company 2. Developed recommendations for the implementation of projects using machine learning
