Development of Multi-criteria Decision Support Systems in Business

The objective of the research is decision support systems and their application in the banking business. The purpose of the work is development a decision support system, based on the theory of multicriteria optimization, will display the optimal amount of issuance of each loan products, depending on the desired goals in the development of retail banking business. To achieve the goal, the following methods have been used in the study: ranking methods, methods of multi-criteria optimization, simplex method, methods of forecasting based on time series. The implementation of the system is realized by Python programming language. As the input data are the numerical values of the indicators estimated by the business, the output is the projected demand, a message about the possibility of achieving the goals and the recommended amount of output for products.
