The paper considers the phenomenon of neoliberalism as one of the dominant political doctrines in the modern world. The focus of the work is on the neoliberal doctrine of human rights. The main questions to which the author answers can be formulated as follows: "Are human rights really realized in the modern liberal state?" and "How is it possible to resolve the contradictions of the neoliberal concept?".
