Interaction Between the State and Business on the Organization of Children’s Tourism

In this work special features (specialities) of children’s tourism organization, socially important function (facility) which it accomplishes and the necessity of state’s control in this sphere. The basic classification of types and forms of children’s tourism is worked out. The tendencies of children’s tourism organization in the USSR and contemporary Russia are described in details, the world experience in children’s rest organization is analyzed. The mechanisms (ways) of cooperation of business and power in children’s tourism organization within Russian Federation the measures of state support and legal aspects of regulation in this sphere are considered. The statement of children’s tourism in Perm Krai is analyzed. On the base of experts interviews and surveys the characteristic of the sphere development is presented, the roadmap is defined as well as existing problems of its development. In order to improve the efficiency of development of this socially important direction of tourism in case of graduation thesis the roadmap containing the plan of actions for organizing systematic approach to the development of children’s tourism in Perm Kraï is formed (made).The results of experts’ evaluation of worked out actions are presented.
