The relevance of the topic of final qualifying work is due to the fact that the presence in the country of its own, autonomously functioning payment card system contributes to the development of digital technologies and information processes in the payment system, increase the share of non-cash payments in the economy, and is also important for national security countries and maintaining its economic sovereignty.
