This paper describes the process of designing and developing a graphical editor for viewing three-dimensional models of electronic equipment stored in a special proprietary format “.dar”. As a result of this work, the format and structure of files of this type were studied and analyzed, an application was developed that allows to view, rotate, move and scale the model stored in this format, and also to find specific parts of the model, view information about them, visually highlight them and hide items from model representation.
