Soviet Workers Under Party Supervision in the 1930s (Based on Materials from Perm Region)

This work is dedicated to Perm of the 1930s and to workers who lived in the city and worked at large industrial enterprises. The reference to the theme of the formation of the working class allows us to supplement the historical ideas about the power policy, about the details of the implementation of political campaigns with details in relation to the key industrial region of the country. The present research is intended to cover a wide range of problems such as material security, conditions of work, leisure activities of factory workers, the organization of a technical and political study on the industry, working with women and representatives of ethnic minority area.
