The conditions of most enterprises are changing so rapidly that strategic planning is the only way to anticipate future problems and opportunities. Taking into account the interrelation of strategic planning and efficiency of enterprises, this paper will consider the need to develop a development strategy for small and medium-sized high-tech and scientific production enterprises, and also summarize the results of a study on the implementation of strategies for the development of market players for contract printing 3D. The result of this work is the development of a strategy for the service company "Innovaх", engaged in engineering and production based on additive technologies.
