Dynamics of Emotional Experience in Altered States of Consciousness

This study is devoted to the investigation of the altered state of consciousness. The theoretical part is presented by the analysis of the existing foreign and russian literature on the topics of studying such phenomena as consciousness, altered state of consciousness, meditation and emotional experiences. The empirical part is a conducted study using modern actual techniques for assessing the level of awareness, empathy and reflection. The result of the work done confirms the link between meditation and the level of empathy, reflection from awareness.
