Optimization of Supply Chain Configuration of an Oil Refining Company

The aim of this work is to develop a methodology for optimizing the configuration of the supply chain for the oil refining company based on a combination of production plans and multimodal distribution over a wide geography of the supply chain. The object of the study is an international oil refining company. The subject of the study is a method for developing a model for optimizing the configuration of the supply chain. The result of the work is the development of a model to optimize the configuration of the supply chain, through the combined use of the method of production planning and management of multimodal transport.
