Anarcho-Capitalist Criticism of the Concept of State in M. Rothbard’s Political Philosophy

This work is devoted to Anarchism Criticism of the Concept of the State in the political philosophy of M. Rothbard. Such concepts as the principle of Natural Justice, the Labor Theory of Private Property, criticism of the State Power as the monopolist on use of physical force and execution of the judgment were considered. Also, within the framework of the study, the relationship between the concepts was established and its own arguments to eliminate the problems of the theory were proposed. Historical and philosophical analysis of the sources and analysis of the author's position in the context of political philosophy were also presented.
