Relationship of Individual and Personal Characteristics of Employees with Organizational Identification

In the empirical research relationship of individual and personal characteristics of employees with organizational identification 86 people took part. A correlation analysis was conducted, which revealed the relationship of organizational identification with perceived competence, age, general experience, congruence of values, as well as the relationship between identification with the unit and such variables as age, education, total experience, experience in the last place of work, congruence of values. In addition, it was found that the variable congruence of values is positively related to the age of employees and their overall experience. The acquired knowledge can be applied in the implementation of personnel policy, which will allow to implement projects of organizational changes and effectively build the work on the development of the organization.
