The Upgrade of Methods of Assessment of Current Operations for State Civil Employees

The degree work on a subject «The upgrade of methods of assessment of current operation for state civil employees» is devoted to methods of performance evaluation of workers and development of recommendations for improvement of the Personnel Management in public authorities. The most widespread methods for performance evaluation in governmental and private sectors are defined. The methodic, suggested by the Ministry of labor and social defense for complex professional evaluation of civil servants (including public assessment) is considered in details; the ways of its improvement are suggested. The example of assessment based on corrected method is conducted. Approximate labor-intense for implementation of evaluation process into public authorities (the example of The Department on Youth Policy and interaction with public organizations) is counted. The conclusions and recommendations for the further development of the sphere of assessment of current operation for state civil employees are formulated.
