This master's thesis is devoted to the problems of business internationalization, which are considered on the example of the interaction of the "NPP "Angstrem" LLC. with the Chinese Enterprise Z Company. The aim of the study is to formulate an action plan based on the analysis of the internationalization problems of Angstrom NPP LLC in China, which, in a tactical and strategic aspect, contributes to reducing the negative effect of possible risks and increasing the effectiveness of interaction in both the short and long term. This master's thesis is devoted to the problems of business internationalization, which are considered on the example of the interaction of the Angstrem Research and Production Enterprise Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as Angstrem Research and Production Company) with the Chinese Enterprise Z Company. The aim of the study is to formulate an action plan based on the analysis of the internationalization problems of Angstrom NPP LLC in China, which, in a tactical and strategic aspect, contributes to reducing the negative effect of possible risks and increasing the effectiveness of interaction in both the short and long term.
