Improving processes, taking into account the changing state of the external environment and the current state of the company contributes to maintaining the competitive market position of the company and strengthens the foundation for further development. Comprehensive improvement of organizational processes is a prerequisite for successful development. This final qualifying work is aimed at improving the warehouse logistics processes of a trading electrical company, which, due to insufficient attention, no longer correspond to the current level of customer flow, and hindered the development of the company. Based on the selected improvement methodology, an analysis was made of the processes of "shipment" and "picking", which revealed a number of problems that are the source of high duration of operations and downtime, as well as forming queues at the warehouse complex, and then a set of recommendations was developed to eliminate them. The set of recommendations was evaluated from an economic point of view, by calculating the required investment additions, and an operating point of view, by estimating the reduction in the execution time of the processes per one operation, and per operating cycle.
