A company’s level of competitiveness is negatively affected by high quantities of goods in stock. The choice of models plays an important role in performance rate and is reflected in the company’s results. The logistics department takes into account a wide variety of criterias when developing stock management models in order to avoid downtime. Software development for stock management, production process development, creating new models in order to increase the company’s competitiveness. A model of stock management has been introduced, and a balanced option for stock placement has been chosen.
