Management of Advanced Special Economic Zones from the Position of Sustainable Development Concept

The problem of transition to sustainable development is acute as global level and at the level of countries and regions. Preserving natural capital in the interests of future generations is one of the key objectives of this transition. This is especially true for areas with a high natural resource potential, which includes regions of the Russian Far East, where territories are being created now advanced development (TOR). Therefore, the prospects for the development of the TOP as a tool for sustainable balanced development were taken for the master's thesis. This paper focuses on sustainable development with the organization and functioning of TOP. The object of the research is the TOR in the Far East, the subject of the research is the processes and practices of the management of the TOR program, taking into account the concept of sustainable development. The purpose of the work is the development of guidelines and recommendations for the sustainable development of TOP in the Far East. The study of existing practices has shown that the introduction of the concept of sustainable development will contribute to improving the quality of human capital in the regions where TOPs are based, the sustainability of their development and the rational use of natural capital.
