Football Training System of Sports Reserve in European Countries and its Application on Russian Experience

The Final qualifying work analyzes the experience of European countries that have achieved success in the preparation of the sports reserve, analysis of the main provisions and the legal framework. In the second part of the work, A number of problems of the organization of the football training system of the sports reserve in Russia are highlighted. On the basis of foreign experience, possible measures are proposed to improve the situation of training the sports reserve in Russia.
