Development of Hardware and Software Complex on line Service for Analyzing the Database in Service Sector

Nowadays, technology and the digital economy businesses are developing through digital innovations. Development of customer service, collection and analysis of client’s database are the main tasks for business managers. Technical progress and equipment allow to automate business processes. It will be illustrated by the example of the beauty salon. The aim of the research is development of hardware and software complex (HSC) online service for automation of business processes in service sector. There will be implemented analysis of the placement of telecommunications equipment in the beauty salon and further analysis of the methods choice for the network structure implementation. Properly selected equipment organizes uninterrupted operation inside the beauty salon. The inventory will speed up the process of providing services securing the quality. The developed software package will reduce the time of entering customer data for further analysis. Customer service time is analyzed to compare clients flow before and after the implementation of hardware and software. The project considers the workload of the masters using the theory of queuing. The paper presents the economic incentive for the integration and payback of hardware and software complex in the beauty salon.
