The rapid development of the social and economic relations and technologies in the last decades led to an increase in production efficiency and significantly affected all spheres of life of society. So in the modern world before any state, there is the increasing quantity of tasks which purpose consists in safety, improvement of quality of life and welfare of the population, the set of these factors also is a success of the state development. In chapter 1 the theoretical aspects connected with change of a role of the state in the modern world were investigated, their trends, structure, and features were considered, domestic and foreign scientific articles which helped to reveal the subject degree of study of a problem were analyzed. Chapter 2 was devoted to the description of the used indicators, the analysis of spatial data on the countries of the world, carrying out the correlation, factorial and cluster analyses describing the dependence of indicators of the success of the state development on social and economic and technological factors. In chapter 3 regression models, for estimation of influence of social and economic and technology factors on the indicators characterizing the success of the state development were constructed. Thus, within this research, the complex statistical analysis of the influence of social, economic and technology factors on the success of the state development in the modern world was carried out.
