A Web-based Application for Assistance in Corporate E-mails Creation

The paper is dedicated to the realization of a web application for assistance in corporate e-mails creation. In this work we examine existing solutions for creating emails. A business process model for creating corporate emails has been developed. After questioning users who have already created corporate letters, the main stages of the business process were identified. Taking into account the internal policies of the company, a model of the business process for creating corporate emails has been developed. This business process is automated. Approaches for assistance in emails creation are reviewed and implemented. The object of the development is a web application for assistance in corporate emails creation. The user interface of the application is implemented for manage the system. Client-server interaction is organized for storage and management of images which use in letters. Users have the ability to create their own banner images for letters. The creation of this web application allowed us reduce time which spend on creating corporate emails, as well as constantly work with relevant information about corporate rules, legal entities, social networks. Moreover, the program not only automates the business process, but also ensures its faultless execution. On the basis of this application, an IT service will be formed in the future to provide the creation of corporate letters, order it and their implementation. The development was carried out independently for further implementation of this system in the company, which needs to automate the process of creating corporate emails.
