The visual research serves as an auxiliary base for the diploma project with the theme “Development of HSE ART AND DESIGN SCHOOL”. Based on the information obtained in the course of the study, there were noticed some advantages and disadvantages of the reviewed projects; due to that knowledge, an ideal space for the development of a creative personality in an art school will be designed. The development of a conceptual design project of the new HSE ART AND DESIGN building is relevant today, since the building requires space for various workshops, there is also a need of a space for holding different exhibitions and performances, a place for displaying of student’s projects is a necessity. A redesign of the courtyard should also be done. Expansion of the school’s horizons will help attract more students; it will be an opportunity to create a separate area of ​​creativity and education in a big city. An underground parking was designed to improve the comfort conditions.
