Pros and Cons of Drone Delivery Usage in Supply Chain of a Global Retailer: the Case of Amazon in the UK and US markets

Delivery of goods using unmanned devices is a topic of the current interest. The master thesis determines the pros and cons of delivery by drones in the supply chain of a global retailer. In this research, the tasks were set: to study articles describing the use of drones delivery technology in logistics using the example of world retailers, consider the features of the supply chain in Amazon, study the case of delivery of goods using unmanned aerial vehicles, highlight existing pros and cons for the company. At the end of the research, recommendations were given for companies that are planning to introduce new technology, as well as recommendations for future researchers. The hypothesis about the advantages posed in the introduction provided by drone delivery was considered and proved in the master thesis
