"Imagine Silence" A Story

Wolf is an elderly manual therapist who, after his wife’s death, leaves the house to his son and moves to a quiet area where cars do not stop, where two identical pharmacies are strangely opposite each other, and at the end of the street there is a factory pipe that looks like a port beacon. Wolf keeps seeing patients in a rented apartment, but he avoids life outside the window, and therefore more and more plunges into the past, eventually ceasing to understand where the memories end and the reality begins. Trying to resist the flow of time, Wolf steps into the unknown, hoping to find the answer to the main question: what to do when the former life has lost all meaning, and starting a new one seems to be too late?
