Co-relation Between Declaration of Transaction as Invalid and Application of the Consequences of its Invalidity

Graduate qualification work is about co-relation between declaration of transaction as invalid and application of the consequences of its invalidity. Purpose of the work is to prepare a legal opinion about co-relation between declaration of transaction as invalid and application of the consequences of its invalidity for to substantiate the legal position in the courts and other jurisdictional bodies. The work is investigated when a transaction is declared as invalid, and when the consequences of the invalidity of the transaction are additionally applied. It is considered how the principle estoppel affects at the recognition of a transaction as invalid and the application of the consequences of invalidity. The question of the grounds and features of the application of the consequences of transaction`s invalidity, in particular, restorative agreements, is also being considered.
