Order of Demolition of Unauthorized Construction

The thesis deals with issues related to the order of demolition of unauthorized construction under the civil law of the Russian Federation. First of all, the nature of the demolition of an unauthorized construction is investigated, namely its ratio as a measure of civil liability and as a way of protecting civil law. The legal problems of demolition of unauthorized buildings by local governments, including the conformity of administrative demolition of unauthorized buildings to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, as well as the European Convention on Human Rights are analyzed.
