Dispute Resolution between Members of Corporations

In this work the main problems related to the resolution of disputes between members of corporations were analyzed. The research included such tasks as to define terms: «disputes between members of corporation», « resolution of dispute between members of corporation», to classify the disputes and resolutions of disputes, to give a throughout analysis of features of specific dispute resolutions. Main attention was paid to the last task, because it is very important to the practical work and scientific study.
