Nowadays companies are striving to improve the efficiency of their work, as we know, the productive work of the personnel is a key aspect of the company's activity. The high level of psychological well-being indicates the willingness and ability of staff to use both external and internal resources for the self-realization, thereby increasing the employee engagement in the activities of the organization. Therefore, this research examines the impact of psychological well-being on employee engagement in the labor process. The study examines the relationship between psychological well-being and the employee engagement of different age categories. The paper explores two concepts: psychological well-being through the Carol Riff’s technique, and the level of engagement through the questionnaire of the consulting company «Gallup». Two samples of different age categories are presented: Generation X and Y. The data were analyzed by statistical methods of analysis in IBM SPSS Statistics22 software. In this research, the influence of psychological well-being on an employee engagement is proved. The developed recommendations can increase the overall index of an employee engagement of the organization, as well as improve the level of personnel’s psychological well-being. The recommendations developed during the work will help the management of the studied company to increase the level of human resources management in this organization. Therefore, this work has practical significance, both for company executives and for the employees themselves.
