Features of Obtaining Government Support for Private Sector Companies on Russian Market

The study is devoted to evaluate features of obtaining government support for private sector companies on Russian market. The object of the work is the industrial projects of private companies - applicants for state support in the creation of new production facilities. As the subject of the study, key factors were chosen that influence the likelihood of making a positive decision to support the project at the expense of budget funds using the example of an institute and program relevant to a Russian private industrial enterprise. To obtain data and identify key features and factors, an analysis of the market of relevant institutions and business support programs in the Russian Federation was conducted. Following the results of the analysis, measures and state support programs that are most suitable for industrial enterprises were systematized and prioritized. For selected institutes and programs, key factors have been identified and interpreted that have a significant impact on making positive decisions about providing financial support.
