Development of Software for Teaching Preschoolers Basic Subjects Using Augmented Reality Research

This paper describes a study preceding the development of software for teaching preschoolers (children 4-6 years old) to the subject “The World” with the use of augmented reality technology. There was conducted a review of existing technologies of augmented reality, software analogues existing on the market were examined and their shortcomings were identified, which were taken into account when creating software and the development tools were selected. Based on the data obtained, software was developed containing short lessons and tasks implemented using augmented reality technologies on various topics of the subject “The World” and based on existing textbooks and online courses on this subject. In addition, in the process of doing this work, the knowledge gained in programming was expanded and new technologies were mastered. Following the results of the implementation of the diploma paper, a report was compiled with a volume of 58 pages containing 29 figures and 2 tables (excluding appendix). In the process of working on the project, 41 sources were used, including resources in English.
