Behavior of Homeless People in Public Places

This research touches upon a topical social problem dedicated, on the one hand, to the homeless and their routine significant part of life, on the other, to the application of the norms of a society in public spaces. The work consists of a review of literature on the topic of homeless people in Russia, descriptions of the main theses of the Hoffman study of behavior in public places and the possibilities of their application in empirical cases. More than 15 observations were carried out, data of mass media and journalistic materials were collected, these data served as a basis for the analysis of trajectories of public behavior.
