Application of Transactional Analysis in the Organization

Theme of master's thesis "Application of transactional analysis in the organization." The purpose of this work is to explore how TA concepts can be applied in working with organizations. The paper reviewed the basic concepts of transactional analysis, such as: structural and functional model of ego-states, types of transactions, strokes, structuring time and games. In practice, the possibility of applying the methods of stroking and structuring time has been investigated.
