Improving the Logistics Process at a Warehouse of Manufacturing Company Pepsico Holdings, LLC

The purpose of this final qualifying work is to develop a set of actions for improving the logistics process at a warehouse of PepsiCo holdings, LLC. For this purpose, the following tasks were identified: assessment of the position of PepsiCo holdings, LLC in the market of soft drinks and its financial and economic activities, determination of conditions for the effective functioning of warehouse and the main directions of improving the logistics process at a warehouse, analysis of the logistics process at a warehouse of the company and structuring the existing problems, development a set of actions for improving the logistics process at a warehouse of PepsiCo holdings, LLC and evaluation of the economic efficiency of the proposed solutions. As a result of this work, a set actions was developed to reduce variable and fixed costs, thereby affecting the profitability of the company's capital. As the main recommendations for improving the logistics process at a warehouse, it was proposed to introduce a new WMS-system, stationary and mobile printers for controllers, container trolleys for pickers and a number of other activities.
